Contracted Services Through Foundational Community Supports (FCS)
Northwest Access Fund serves as a subcontractor for organizations that provide supported employment and/or supportive housing services through the Foundational Community Supports program in Washington State. Our highly trained team provides benefits planning and financial coaching for people with are receiving or need to access disability benefits.
We can provide:
- Formal benefits planning for work activity, including a Benefits Summary and Analysis
- Support applying for SSI/SSDI and public benefits like food assistance and utility assistance
- Support creating a budget
- Support with financial education and planning, including supporting people with disabilities to explore savings opportunities like ABLE accounts and Special Needs Trusts
Our current rate is $100/hour for the first 5 hours of services per client; for any additional services per client, the rate is $75/hr hour.
