Communities Rise
Communities Rise provides free legal services for Washington based low-income small business owners. Services include business entity formation, contract development, compliance and other non-litigation legal matters. Communities Rise also offers free toolkits and resources on their website.
Business Impact NW
Business Impact NW is a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). They provide coaching, classes, and access to loans to small businesses across Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, serving entrepreneurs at every stage of their business growth, from early ideas to established businesses.
SCORE
Since 1964, SCORE has helped more than 17 million entrepreneurs start, grow or successfully exit a business. SCORE’s 10,000 volunteers provide free, expert mentoring, resources and education in all 50 U.S. states and territories.
Your Local Library
Did you know most public libraries offer small business services? Services will vary by library system and may not be available at all libraries, but common supports include information about how to start a business and help researching your business idea.
Ventures
Ventures is a Seattle-based nonprofit that strengthens well-being and economic mobility through business education, incubation and capital for individuals from underrepresented communities. We provide access to business training, capital, coaching, and hands-on learning opportunities for entrepreneurs.
