Financial How-To’s for People with Disabilities: Monthly Classes
Bring your questions! Each class is generally held every 2-3 weeks and led by a financial coach. These classes provide financial education designed to meet the unique needs of people with disabilities. Get tips and strategies on a variety of financial topics and leave with a clear idea of the next steps to take to help you reach your goals.
ASL interpretation is available for these classes upon request. Spoken language interpretation is not available for these classes. If you need spoken language interpretation, please schedule a free one-on-one session and request interpretation services.
These classes are recorded, but community members looking to improve their finances for themselves or their family members who attend the live class and live in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho will be entered into a drawing to win a $25 gift card. Attending multiple classes allows for multiple entries into the drawing, but winning is limited to once per person per quarter.

Learn what credit is and how to build it and learn strategies to help you manage your debt. Leave knowing how to check your credit, how to raise your credit score, and with tips for managing your current debt and planning for new debt.
How to Apply for SSI/SSDI Benefits for Adults
Learn about the difference between SSI and SSDI and get a clear overview of how to apply for these benefits. Leave with tips and strategies to help you throughout the application process.
